The Walkmen is #1 on my favorite bands list. Sometimes their songs make me extremely happy when Im depressed, such as this one. They always put a smile on my face when I listen to them. This is the band that will make music change! This song [to Sapatinhoooo] makes me both happy and sad. My favorite lyrics in the song is "Oh, I'm just like you: I never hear the bad news. And I never will, we won by a landslide. My troubles are over..." This band will never fail to put me in a bad mood!!!

Poor comparison. U2 lack the energy, exuberance and angst that The Walkmen bring, along with the fact that U2 have one of the weakest drum sections of any recent popular rock band, something The Walkmen always excel in. I would go on and on, but only so many characters.

I love this video and this song. What a great concept to pay homage & use the expressions of the actors in the film to give the music more weight and value. Beautiful.
