Pretty sure this is the version from 'Fingerpicking Guitar Solos' by Brett Duncan. Out of print now, but Amazon has used copies. It's a gem of a book.

I know that guitar. It's a late 70's Takamine F340. It is a Martin copy, but sounds and plays great!

Ah, no thats incorrect. The Entertainer was played in the key of C major. However, I think on record it sounds like C# because its speed up. If I remember correctly, Chets version is in D major of G major cant recall but I do recall it was NOT the original key. No big deal, its not a sin to transpose the arrangement.
