I'm a huge Ramones fan and not really a Manson fan, but you have to hand it to him on this one. To take a Ramones song and truly make it your own is a daunting task. It's over the top, sure--but so is he. I think it shows creativity, balls, and a firm grasp of the core of "punk rock": which is, to my way of thinking, best summarized as "fuck 'em if they can't take a joke."
