Crist did not say Reagan was a RINO. His inference was that he is as conservative as Reagan, which is probably true. He was not suggesting that Reagan was a RINO, but assumed that most Republicans would recognize that Reagan was a conservative.

I will vote for Rubio in August, but Crist is a conservative. Just not as articulate or forceful as Rubio.
