TrackIR 5 - review

specs: i7-2700k@5Ghz, 16gb corsair 2000mhz, corsair 100 watercooler, evga z68 ftw k2, 3- 1tb wd blacks (raid 0) 2- evga 590gtx classifieds, 3- asus 27" LEDS VE287Q, corsair ax1200 psu, thermaltake level 10 gt (snow edition case) logitech g19, logitech g15 gamepad, saitek pro yoke and pedal set, saitek x52 pro, mayline varitask stealth desk, my question is how to setup it up so my trackir 5 does not stop when i play fsx

also to all fsx that use 5760x1080 i get 62fps average. bigtime tweaking!!!

well because of your videos I could not stand not having trackir 5 so i bought it and wow. Its makes fsx so much easier now. I recently built a new pc setup. I am still in the works to tweak it.

@TERMINATORNIKO Track IR4 infra-camera has only 320x240 pixels and refresh rate is onlý 30 fps, Track IR5 is much smoother, 640x480 pixels and refresh rate is 60 fps.

So with TrackIR you can turn your head but not your eyeballs 'cos that has to stay focused on the screen. Isn't that uncomfy?

@YoLITuBe5 It's very comfortable. You turn your head 10 degrees but screen turns 90 degrees. Understand. And I have 24" monitor, also I always see what I need to see.

Lietam na A-10C warthogu, teda skor by som povedal, ze skusam :) Ale bez Track IR to je dost krkolome. Dufam, ze to zvladnem nastavit..

pekne videjko, chcem sa spytat ako si spokojny so saitekom a co hovoris na logitech G940? Mal si moznost porovnat? Inak trackIr sa da nastavit citilivost tak aby si napr nemusel otacat hlavu tak uplne ak chces vidiet dozadu apod?

@lukia13 Logitech je iná liga. Má to spätnú väzbu a je to oveľa robústnejšie. Saitek je dosť mäkký, niekomu to nemusí vyhovovať. Je však dostatočne presný. Čo sa týka TrackIR, nastavíš si priebeh krivky na každú os a tiež citlivosť. Na každý simulátor mám iný profil.
