He constantly tries to keep the players that are brought up at Arsenal at the club, but they are often lured away by money, homesickness, or the need to win trophies. If Wenger were able to win more trophies, more players would stay. However, since he has a lack of experienced players, he can't do anything to help Arsenal win something. Personally, I am a big fan of Wenger and I think that the Arsenal owners should provide a higher transfer fund.

Benayoun will go back to Chelsea and Santos will leave once Keiran Gibbs comes back from injury.
