@kuvtsisnyiamkoj From there GVP lost his resources to fight against and push back north vietnam ally which of course is Laos. You have to take in consideration that the US lost a lot of money through the war and were only able to provide a few planes for most hmong people. GVP is not at fault, while in your case about hmong being scatter scenario it could have been the same if even GVP would have not participated and there would have been more casualty.
