I have got to share a secret a drag queen told me about. Girls, this is the only way to wash and condition a synthetic wig. Synthetic wigs are made from synthetic fibers, right? Well, when your favorite top is synthetic, how do you care for it? WOOLITE OF COURSE! Since my friend told me this, and gave me this "Do I have to explain everything to you" look, I have gave some of my fav. wigs new life! And to condition, a little downy, and this is a must, static cling sets in. Thank you friend!

@blkbunny64  If you skip the almost boiling water and just wash, condition, detangle and allow to air dry, I've found you can keep the same curl pattern. It's not going to look like fresh out the package--in fact it actually looks a little more REAL to me--but you can put enough life back into it to wear it for a few more weeks.

@mrsprimo999 Wash in Woolite darlin' you will get a whole new wig! Just a drop of Downy in the rinse, or if like me and I didnt have any, I just rubbed a fabric softener sheet on it.......
