This one also rocks. Though some of the combos here are ridiculous, but I got some nice ideas from them in actual gameplay. Too bad, I hate that Ky has always had a shitty damage output :(

the thing i like about this game is that thier not a couple of good characters in the game but instead all of them are good depending on how u use them i havnt me a character so far apart from a.d. a wat ever her name is that aint isnt bad with practise

Blah, blah, blah, tiers. There is no point to acknowledging such a thing unless the difference between characters is extreme. I believe in bad match-ups, not one choice being better than another. Nice vid.

Have you ever played against a good Eddie?

That character is so broken it's can't even comparable for example Ky.

Ky does very little damage.

Eddie can do 3 times more damage than Ky into unblockable setups which are 99% sure hits and those also do more damage than a usual Ky combo.

Also Ky's mixup is ridiculously bad, maybe the worse in the game.

Eddie's mixup/rushdown game is safe and good, actually it's the best in the game.

So no tiers? Please.

Of course, but we're also talking about the best a character can do when we talk about tiers. I've only lost to one or two Eddies, and I've played against some of the best ones out there. Despite there being a large gap between Eddie and Ky in Reload, I still think it depends on the player.

Ky performance is bad in RELOAD, admit it, although I also use KY.

Actually, I did. It wasn't that bad, and the idea was a good start. If they put more thought into balancing then they probably would have done well with it.

I agree, Isuka wasn't so bad, but I definitely think it was the worst in the series.

But the again the portables kind of sucked too IMO. GGX Advanced for the GBA was so close to being good, but they F'd up the controls for reasons I can't understand. Dust Strikers was pretty fun, but it was kind of auto-combo ish.

Honestly I liked midnight carnival because Bridget was a beast in that game.

Honestly, in XX and #R, Ky was not so good. The combos you see in this video that take up the whole life bar are set under very very special circumstances that almost never ever occur in real matches. But they do look impressive.

In fighting games, there is something known as the "hitbox". It refers to the entire area that can be attacked. I got Accent Core, first GG game, this last Christmas, and from what I've seen, a weapon usually counts as hitbox.

It's not very easy or productive to try to capitalize on, and good luck pulling off that kind of a Dust in combat.

Well, Faust's 41236K can be hit pretty easily, or Gold-Bursted for free Tension...but yeah, hard to exploit this kind of thing consistently, especially against a human, who's going to learn pretty quick. It does look funny in a video, though. I will give it that.

Now if I can just see an Order Sol player doing an aerial Level 3 Bandit Revolver Prototype chained to a Level 3 Tyrant Rave. If you do the input the first few frames you land, the gauge still says 3, unleashing a 3 hit Tyrant Rave!

I'm not a crazy good player, either. I was a MAJOR SF/KOF fan before I got Accent Core this past Christmas, and I'm JUST tapping into the depth of this game.
