@Navyfoots ... wow! that is allot.. Hmmm well I tend to eat pretty healthy. Lots of protein and fiber. I usually hit the gym like 3-4 times a week. About an hour cardio. Then lift weights like twice a week. Also do allot of stretching and dancing. Maybe throw in some swimming =) Thing is when I get going I don't stop. So I can be working out for like 4 hours.
