I bought a 3.5mm extender jack (just a cord with two 3.5mm jacks) @ Radio Shack for like $5 or $10. Then get a 1/4 inch converter (you plug the 3.5 into the 1/4 converter & plug the 1/4 into the amp). Google for images.. it's a lot simpler than it sounds.

Plug the cord into the line-in on your soundcard. You might need a new soundcard though (maybe). I use the Soundblaster XtremeGamer & plug the extender into the flexijack (the white hole--google image flexijack).
