That makes your video, your channel and your internet presence a sitting duck for anybody with a gripe, just look at how many people have been DMCAed off this site. @ContinuumXT ... and the corresponding video can be a moving target. It can only be targeted with DMCAs and the likes on whatever site is hosting it. But if that happens, you only lose your credentials *there*, not on YouDoubled, and you can move your video to a different location and update the corresponding YouDoubled page, making it practically invulnerable to attacks by the terminally butthurt.

@RonaldoDeLosMuertos He's up the famous creek without a paddle in either case. If WLC handed over ownership of the material to him, he filed a DMCA counter notification against a video that was Fair Use and TF has him on *that* count. If not, he committed perjury.

So firstly the person who issued the DMCA notice is not only not the person who holds the copyright of the video extracts, secondly there is no DMCA claim that can be made by the copyright holder as it falls within fair use and finally did this person not hear about the Streisand effect. Triple level of failure there, I think.
