i think people seriously misunderstood what he meant in that interview. he mentioned the weight not to show off, but because that weight could have fallen on him and something that heavy could do a lot of damage. he said "naturally i finished my set" as in stopped and evacuated rather than meaning he actually completed the rest of the repetitions.

i know you were just using it for comedy purposes but just pointing out to people who might seriously think he's an asshole.

@dm9910 He also said that he had meant for his comment about finishing his set as a joke, and that people took it too seriously. I don't think he's really an asshole; he said he wants the proceeds from his shirts to go to charity.

@dm9910 He did say afterwards that the comment was a joke. And while he did apologise for making a joke at such an inopportune time, his response to Mr. Vintage does make him look like a bit of an asshole.
