Molestation or Radiation? Boycott Flying at boycottflyingdotcom
Guess who is making money off these machines--Former Homeland Secretary Michael Chertoff
Chertoff’s group represents Rapiscan, a California based firm “which until recently was the only company qualified to sell full-body scan machines to the TSA.” Last summer, “TSA purchased 150 machines from Rapiscan with $25 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds.”
In theory, it seems like it makes sense. Lots of businesses go through the same thing with their employees. But you commenters make me believe that it's just not so in practice.
that's not right, I've been on flights in the end of the month and they never cancel. Even better it was winter in toronto. don't slam down the airline
this guy seems to have the most noninformation and misinformation on flying on the net. The crew schedules are booked in advance, and essentially NEVER does the crews' maximum allowable flight time cancel a flight. It's no coincidence he never adds stats to back up any of his many assertions on flying.
This man's advice is utter bollocks. Half truths, speculation, maybe's...
