@kattylove90 Well, if I'm understanding your question correctly, you can use sparkles for video overlaying or editing purposes. You can use them with most editing programs I believe. I'm not entirely sure .. I have Window Movie Maker and they work fine, and I'm pretty sure Sony Vegas can use these as well.

Put the effect on a track and change the compositing mode to screen, the black should dissapear ^-^

@Kagome8055 Yeah, you can still use them as sparkles if they're clips. Just import it as a video and overlap it or something over your other video/picture. I'm not too sure since I use WMM, but it'll work just fine.

@Kagome8055 You can still you use them in sony vegas. What you do is you have 2 video lines in your timeline. You have Video and Video overlay. So have your main clip in video and your sparkles in video overlay then set that strip to screen and there you have it.

when you make the video you right clicks on the video track and clicks: Add videotrack. There you put the effects, and then you use lighten, overlay or things like that to make them play together with the video and make it look nice :D
