I disagree, politely. I'm a "non-believer", but this song hasn't done anything at all to convert me. I think the lyrics have a duality so people from all walks of spirituality can relate to it. I doubt the ladies of BarlowGirl were really trying to convert anyone - but trying to express the feeling of always being able to depend on someone. I don't see these lyrics from a religious perspective - I see them more romantically, maybe as a ode to someone who has passed on. :)
