  • on the 7 month later's forehand your upper body's center of gravity is break when you foward swing

  • in volley u need to keep your arm more straight and when backhand volley need to your wrist firm (wrist and arm makes L shape)

    twohanded back is very good

  • Thanks for your comments. Yes, we worked on keeping the wrist cocked back with the strings to the sky on the backhand volley ending. This was a bad habit the student bought to the lessons. It is a lot more difficult to change muscle memory than to start from scratch :) She improved in time.
