My father was in WW11 and i am very proud of he was in the navy and saved a lot of soldiers whenh there ship was hit by Kamakazies BE PROUD OF ALL WHO SERVED AND STILL DO GOD BLESS
My Dad was on Iwo Jima, He was a radio man and was shot at all the time when he had to run the radio as a sitten duck. I'm proud of my dad. I said there were not alot of radio men that lived. Simper Fi
My grandfather was a medic and was awarded the bronze star, because he ran out under sniper fire and picked up a fallen comrade. He then carries that man over 80ft to cover, all the time being shot at. I'm proud of him too.
He is and he's doing very well. He doesn't suffer from any injuries, mental or physical. Also, my other grandfather was infantryman, and he was awarded the Purple Heart, when he was shot in the arm. He's still alive, also.
