I am SO JEALOUS. Your so pretty! I am ugly, and "chunky" (Ugh) And I seriously have tried everything. I bike every other night, the other nights I run, and I also dance. I don't eat sugar OR gluten. I have to do the same thing with pills because even if I try to swallow it, I can't! So I tried something else. You should put the whole pill in your mouth and have a soda nearby and drink as much soda as you can and fill your mouth up with because it will start to bubble in your and you will try to swallow it all at the same and before you know it you already swallowed the pill.
