@MorselsOfMagic UraTogetchi debugged the tamagotchi in order for you to choose any type of tama you want to raise, and also, you can put it at hyperspeed so it can grow faster if you press the C button. but i would never try to debug mine cuz im afraid to break it...

How to increase the chances of getting mimitchi or mametchi :

Take perfect care of your tamagotchi . Do not feed it unecessarily . Respond to its needs immediately . Try not to delay it . Pause it ( A+B) when you go to school/ have no time to take care of it . Or else it will destroy your perfect record .

I wish I got Mimitchi, but I've always had Mametchi, I don't exactly follow what you said, instead, I tend to put mine asleep most of the day, I take care of it when it's a baby, when it transforms, put it to sleep, 30 minutes before next transformation, I play with it for 30 minutes, when it transforms, put it to sleep, and never letting it wake up again, when it's an adult it transforms into Mametchi, it works everytime! I have Mametchi on: V1. V2, V5, V5, my V3 has Pyonkotchi (the bear).

Also you might break your tamagotchi so you should pick the one you don't like the most. I broke my v4 at home.

First open up the back of the tamagotchi. Then you will need an eyeglass screwdriver. On the next back you will see 4 tiny screws. Unscrew them and open it up. Then you will see the word debug. Color that circle in with a pencil at least 10 times and then put the tamagotchi back together again. To debug keep pressing the c button. Also when your egg hatches if you press the a button you can choose your tamagotchi character and also there are a few secret ones.

I have the exact same thing for my tamagotchis. O.k. this is what you do:Take off the back pannal of your tamagotchi. Take out the 4 squews on the pannal. you will see a circle that says "DEBUG".Depress it hard 8 times with a pencil.(Make sure you can see the pencil marks. Erase them if you don't want DEBUG.) The egg will shake fast. That way you know its in DEBUG mode. Press C to make your tamagotchi go fast.(I have lie 20 tamagotchis.)

wait...if u took bad care of your tamagotchi, how did it end up being a mimitchi? And for the people that wish how to un debug, you have to GENTLY erase the lead marks of the pencil and put yer tama back together. then it should be fine. it worked with my old v3.
