  • How do you make your orange skin explode that way? I've eaten 3 oranges trying that and I still don't get that effect!

  • only 28 ml of Citrus Vodka 40% alc . . . 28 mil!!!

    huhhh

  • I dont get the flaming part

  • These are by far the best cocktail tutorials that exist on the internet. Bartender is awesome and his accent makes it even better for some reason. Well done. I'd love to see one for a Sazerac!

  • You make it look so easy!!

  • BABYLON AYA YORGİ

  • This is a cold mothaf*cka. He ain't playing when it comes to drinks, he's all business. I love it!!

  • He's like the Gordon Ramsay of Bartending world. Lol

  • @tsyaAriestianto Yes, he is. He takes no prisoners when it comes to mixing.

  • Hey brother love your videos! You make it look real easy and fast!

  • wankers!

  • just super!!!

  • thank you > <

  • I would say double straining is a bit redundant but you do it so quickly, I don't think it matters.

  • this looks good.

  • can i have it? :p

  • Great camera work! Kudos direction.

  • lol he looks like an older version of sid from skins x)

  • iv been watching alot of cocktail videos on here, most of them are shit and don't really know what theyre doin...none of them are as good as yours

  • mmmh!!! Love-

  • How does he make the bigger flame?

  • @Leo7Leo when you squeeze the orange peel (or "snap" as bartenders sometimes say), oil from the skin sprays out. Its flammable so obviously when it hits the flame it ignites and makes a small fireball, try it, its a good party trick haha

  • da hora

  • Esse cosmopolitan e muito diferente, mas e muito legal.

  • how to do the flame.

  • @shittyfuck you have to choose really good peel of orange and the rest you can see it on that video :)

  • It tastes sooo good!

  • whats the point of the flambe?

  • @barkleysound The flame should brush the surface of the drink and the warm oils should spray over the surface, creating an instant aroma and flavour. Wipe the peel around the rim and slip into the drink.

  • that was nice !

  • How come in some drinks you squeeze the wedges and leave them in, and others you juice into a measure then just add the juice before shaking?

  • @shlokda When you put the lime wedge into the shaker, you'll get very fragrant oils from the skin incorporated into the drink. For a citrusy drink like the Cosmopolitan, this can really improve your cocktail. In a Daiquiri for example, I would (personally) not do that, as I want more of the rum to shine through.

  • i just went to shaker. i personally like instead of citrus vodka i used sky vanilla it maintained a extremely good sweetness and the aftertaste of vanilla was amazing.

  • bad/invalid cosmo recipe, also this guy is a tosser

  • @loveyabelle What's wrong with the recipe?

  • wow, I love the orange peel part!

  • miles is a badass

  • is a cosmopolitan considered a gay drink ? and why ?

  • @18ps3anos yup it is - no idea why, maybe because of its pink color? or the fact that it is drinked mostly by woman and became famous since "Sex and the City"?

  • Awesome!

  • Best Comopolitan ever! Thank you!!

  • Bravo! The first tutorial that have it all right with the perfect ingredients! Watch the barschool vids for a laugh. lol the guys a tool, in one of them he almost knocks the glass over.

  • @stephenTcartwright OMG. I just got into the hobby a few months ago and even I got a laugh from him.

  • nice work dude, alot more professional than any other rubbish bar tutuorials on youtube! keep up the good work :)

  • I mastered this drink years ago, when my schoolteacher taught me how to make it,I always only add a small amount of cranberry juice to make it a clear pink.

And liberal amounts of Vodka.Great nightlife and party drink.

  • This is really helpful.

  • There is Sohopolitan as well. You use Absolute Mandrin instead of normal vodka or in this case citrus vodka.

  • id rather it stirred . . it doesnt turns "pink" and Cointreau doesnt get bruised

The orange wedge is too big for a cocktail glass, besides you are repeating the trick one drink after another. Try with the twist. In my personal style i add a cherry, it goes down to the bottom, but once again . . it doesnt looks like it should if you shake the drink too much

  • I believe it should be a lime wedge. The sweet orange in cointreau is already enough orange flavour.

  • @maxismx Bruised cointreau? What a load of rubbish.

  • The orange flame is so essential, it makes the drink!

  • @Dddoogie is that a joke or true? sorry im noobish in mixing cocktails

  • @Skyfighter89 100% true. It accents the cointreau perfectly

  • @Dddoogie ok thanks for your answer :)

  • realy niceee

    i like ur style

  • @shakertv I bought ya'll's book, one of the best bartending books i've seen.

  • f*ck*ng awsome

  • I love how you do the cocktails with great speed while still giving all the relevant information and maintain the quality. So that is at which speed you should basically be able to mix the drink as a bartender, not slower, not faster.

  • click on more info on all the videos to see full descriptions and recipes, hope this helps.
