first take the shouvle in the inventory click on it don click use, click on the pic then you'll see some numbers copy that down. Go use your phone in the inventory nd dile it. after the guy goes away look in his bag and you'll get a moonstone go to the top of the spinx and click use on the moonstone den the door will open.
