What happens to the mentally ill who live a holy life but fail to repent of things that ease their pain in this life like addictions? I have prayed to god for years to relieve me of my depression. I have been consuming myself with your amazing videos. For the past three months, I've been being led to Jesus, although at the time not knowing what that meant. I read the bible a few weeks ago, and had a 'rebirth' in a dream two weeks ago. Don't you think every generation thought their time was the end times?

Where in the Bible does it say to ask Jesus into your heart for salvation? Even the demons believe and tremble: James 2:19. Acts 2:38 says how to receive forgiveness of sins and how to receive the Holy spirit. Acts 22:16 is also good-"Now why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on His name." Romans 6 explains what baptism has to do with Christ's death, burial and resurrection and how we are to "obey the gospel" as is described in 2 Thessalonians 1:8.

Rev 20:12 is about the wicked dead -- those who died without Christ being judged by their works for an earthly salvation. The judgment of the Believer is found in 1Cor 3:11-15. It says the guy who has nothing left after his works are burned up -- is still himself saved. Obviously, that can't be one deserving 2b saved by works!

They tell me things like people won't go to hell, because Jesus covered every thing when he died on the cross, and they think all they have to do is say, "I accept Jesus" and then there is nothing else they need to do after that. They don't understand that Jesus' death on the cross only gave us a chance for salvation not an instant guarantee.

We are Saved by grace through faith. That is true as the Word states. BUT all scripture is good for teaching, no? So then in James it says that faith without works is dead. Where in the Bible does it say to ask Jesus into your heart for salvation? Even the demons believe and tremble: James 2:19. Acts 2:38 says how to receive forgiveness of sins and how to receive the Holy spirit. Acts 22:16 is also good-"Now why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on His name." Romans 6 explains what baptism has to do with Christ's death, burial and resurrection and how we are to "obey the gospel" as is described in 2 Thessalonians 1:8.

Rev 20:12 is about the wicked dead -- those who died without Christ being judged by their works for an earthly salvation. The judgment of the Believer is found in 1Cor 3:11-15. It says the guy who has nothing left after his works are burned up -- is still himself saved. Obviously, that can't be one deserving 2b saved by works!

They tell me things like people won't go to hell, because Jesus covered every thing when he died on the cross, and they think all they have to do is say, "I accept Jesus" and then there is nothing else they need to do after that. We are Saved by grace through faith. That is true as the Word states. BUT all scripture is good for teaching, no? So then in James it says that faith without works is dead. Okay we can agree that is ONLY what is written- not my words. Our salvation is shown then in and by the works (which God has ordained for us) and we shine forth His light when we do as He wills. @browning6ful i think that is nonsense, the romans were in the habit of deifying people and they did it to jesus and turned it into a giant roman cult which is the roman catholic church. the fundamental biblical principle is the oneness of God and his unique being completely independent of his creation and sharing no characteristics with it. jesus was a prophet like jeremiah or elijah. he performed miracles by the leave of God so that the people would know that there is prophet amongst them

@iorixs Why does He refer to him as His son, and why does He say He Jesus sits at His right Hand, Why is He spoken of as a seperate being just as the Holy Spirit, becuz God sees us as one and speaks of us as such, such as the church, the body, the bride, He is not a schizo nor is He the author of confusion, I urge you to study the Bible and leave all the other crap you are studying alone, becuz you are about to intellectualize yourself out of salvation and get yourself a one-way ticket to hell

You claim that JESUS was only a prophet,How do you explain HIS empty tomb? Muhammed died and is still in his grave as well as buddah and the others! jesus was translated to heaven. muslims dont hate jews. muslims lived in perfect harmony with jews in spain for centuries. God punished many israelites with fire and snakes because of their evil ways. God banished them out of the holy land several times because they were following the perverted and horrific practices of the pagan nations. God send streams of prophets to rail against the israelites because they were practicing child sacrifice, they had a temple but lost it. islam is obedience

@iorixs Did you ever stop to think that The Israelites are just a picture of all of mankind, throughout all of scripture? Just like everyone else, they prostituted themselves to other gods, and so do we. Our gods are TV, money, status, Jobs, Political correctness and many other things. Israel has been judged on many occasions, but God has always kept a remnant, just like their will always be the elect, even among the gentiles.Don't be so quick to judge jews. You are the jew of the bible,so am I!
