I attempted to talk to my manager, Rudy Reyes Jr., and he simply said that I should be thankful I wasn't fired. I took my case to Human Resources, Adrielle(sp), she said she would investigate it. Again, never happened. I have an M.B.A. and I wound up being demoted at the end of my time there.
You are entitled to your opinion. I'm won't try to change it, but let me tell you my experience. I worked there for over two years only to be laid off in January 2009. I was promised a raise after my two-year anniversary, but that never happened.
Everytime I post a comment on one of their videos', they manage to censor me. Is that an organization that we need to support. They don't believe in Free Speech.
Please don't bother supporting these people. They treat their employees' like garbage. They short change their paychecks'. Can we really support organizations like that?
@7654321sedaohrb I would like to differ with you as I have worked with BWB for almost 2 years. Not only are we compensated well- we have great benefits. We also very happy saving the earth from unwanted books!
