Honestly, the song has a powerful message, but I'm sorry, Miley can't hit high notes :/ The entire time, I was cringing at the attempts. I think her type of voice isn't best suited to hit the high notes consistently. It's more suited for country. It felt like she was trying to force the words to come out whenever she attempted high notes, but that's in my opinion.
