There's a couple of Airlines which operate 757's, 200 models I think, across the Atlantic, and I didn't know they used them either. I think Thomas Cook Airlines is one of them.

@vbs221 Yes it was very smooth, I've landed in a Boeing 777 before and it was just as smooth as that.

Excellent group of aircraft. It must have been a great spotting experience. My personal favorite was flybe and Saudia.
