Blood, HIV, AIDs, Tuberculosis, blood is very much dangerous. They also dispose of the biohazards with proper procedure. Plus the service will not make a traumatizing event even more because you have to clean up the parts, and liquid of a loved one. And they get rid of the smell really well, so it doesn't hide in carpets, and drywall, which is very absorbent. And no one else wants to.
It's surprising that the health department doesn't offer clean up services, and it has fallen on private businesses or to families that do not know of the service. With the biohazards present, and threat of contamination, wouldn't it be in the city's interest to have it done?
wot did people do five years ago then, they had to do it themselves or wotever, now you get some yahoo sayn blood is very dangerous or wotnot.anyway,if hes makn money then more power to him lol
I worked at a Medical Examiners office doing removals as my internship as a forensic investigator. Some states have ME's offices and some are still on a corner system so their really isn't a title for it. Look through your county health department or corner/me's office. However, after working for one I would much rather clean vs pick up. Not only is the pay MUCH better but having to carry a 400 lb decomp down 3 flights of stairs just isn't worth it when you can clean up the mess left behind.
I'm interested in working as a crime clean up worker the people who pick up the dead bodies and take them to the morgue anyone know the job title for that ?
Thank you SO MUCH for putting these videos on YouTube. This lets people become aware of the dangers of cleaning up scenes themselves and spares them the trauma of doing it themselves. Awesome that you guys care enough to be there for those who need you!!!
I am very thankful that there are businesses like this out there for us.
