If you watched the movie, the infected breathe a lot faster than normal and have a faster resting pulse rate than normal humans. That gives them superior strength compared to the uninfected(regular humans). They can probably knock over a 2 ton car using about 1500 pounds of force for each Dark seeker that rammed into it. That sounds like a lot but boxer's punches have been known to do that amount of damage, imagine those things running at full speed and ramming into a brick wall.

OK first of all even though they are mutants they still couldn't tip a car over by bashing into it, sheer physics. Their bodies would break and the car would rock back and forth a little.

They did die when they hit it, but since they are mutants moving a 2 ton car is no problem. There are musclemen who move big rigs using chains tied around them. and dark seekers, basically vampires, are stronger than them. It would take more than 2, I think they should have just made the alpha male flip it with his hands.
