The Rice run defense was shredded also (7.6 yards a carry). Texas Tech had an easy time with North Dakota State 38-13. Quarterback Taylor Potts fits in well with the passing attack, but tossed 3 picks last week. I think many of Rices issues against a strong UAB squad can be corrected. Texas Tech will get better as the season moves forward, but it will take some time for that complex offense to get the chemistry going. I like Rice to bounce back and hang around here

Rice + 28 lost 44-24 to UAB. The loss broke a seven game win streak for Rice who is using a platoon at quarterback and is struggling. Rice finished with 391 total yards but could not convert on third downs (4-13).

Tough to say... I really feel good about all of these this week. If I had to pick my NUMBER ONE PLAY though, I'd have to go with the Over in the SMU/UAB game. Good luck!

Yeah, just noticed this and came on here to make note of it. Capped the game for NEW MEXICO, and then for whatever reason got them crossed up in my notes.

Annoying, but I definitely still like Tulsa in this spot against a New Mexico team that got smashed by Texas A&M, not Idaho. I guess I overlapped them when I was taking my notes for the Idaho/Washington game.
