Is every sperm sacred?

Should every fertilised egg be brought to term?

There are many reasons why a pregnancy might have to be terminated, eg the woman might have been raped - should she be forced to have that child? Or there might be severe foetal damage, etc.

Aborting a fertilised egg within the first few weeks is no worse than having a period (when an unfertilised egg is flushed from the womb).
