i have itunes 9.2 and everytime i download an app from installous i plug it into my computer and itunes pops up and it completely deletes the app? is it because its itunes 9.2? or what...thanks in advance

I downloaded spirit.exe and runned it.

I jailbreaked succesfully.

But when i started my iPhone and wanted to start cydia, cydia popped up and closed automaticly after a short time.

What i did wrong, or how to fix this problem?

I have a 3.1.2 tethered jailbroken iPod Touch that I jailbroke with BlackRa!n. Will Spirit rejailbrake it if its already jailbroken? I don't want to resore & have to download all my themes and stuff. Btw its a 3G.

I have 3gs but still jailbroken to 3.1.2, do I have to restore to update to 3.1.3 then jailbreak it?  I have got apt-backup but really I don't want to restore if I can help it!

Hey! When my dad is going to jailbreak his 3gs, spirit doesnt even start up! It jsut says that spirit need itunes 9 or higher to work, but heås on itunes 9.1.1 .. Anyone?

I have jailbroken with Blackra1n iPod Touch 2G (MB) model on 3.1.2 and I am on iTunes 9.0. Should I do this new jailbreak? Should I upgrade everything and restore to clear everything. And if I do I am not sure about saving the SHSH blobs. That's what she said. I am using a Macbook. Can anyone let me know what I should do?

@badman2009 because its good to have a backup so if you update and then theres no jailbreak, you wont be able to go back because apple doesnt allow it but with you shsh blobs saved you can go back to the last firmware you saved the shsh files on !

@badman2009 The reason for backing them up is that in the unlikely event that you update your iphone firmware to 3.1.4 (which will most likely be unjailbreakable at the time,) you have a way to downgrade your firmware to re-jailbreak. Even if you dont understand, its highly recommended you do back up your SHSH blobs.
