  • I think you should let your eyebrows stay grown in like that toward your unibrow area, b/c it looks better with less of a gap!

  • Your eyebrows weren't even that bad before!

  • gimme a break...so doesn't hurt that badly....

  • @lizlimon44 obviously for her it did. she said it'll prob get better the more she goes. besides, how can you act like you know the pain she experienced? you can only speak for yourself.

  • @beautybuff820 I'm pretty sure I can speak on whatever I damn well please. Mind your own business busy body...get a life.

  • ohh wow, after watching this now im scared. lol i hate pain. lol

i been wanting to try, but so lazy to grow them out and wait. lol

  • You TWEEZE eyebrows, PLUCKING is for chickens lol

  • i love threading my eyebrows. i will never pluck or wax again!

  • You should try threading your eyebrows yourself it's not hard and there are tutorials here on youtube that show you how to do it, that's how I learned :) and you would save your $10 which sounds like a lot I've heard some places charge $7 or maybe even less like $3.

  • It only hurts bad the first few times... I've been doing it for about 2 years now.

  • You and your sister are so pretty!:)) thanks for the video !!! And beauty is pain as they say lol

  • Love getting my eyebrows threaded!

  • I've never done ANYTHING to my brows and i love em!

  • you should just pluck those hairs in the front of your eyebrows, i think your brows are supposed to start where your tear duct starts...do your brows start before your tear ducts?

  • what eyeliner are you wearing here? I noticed your description didn't say anything about that. I've been wanting to do my top liner like yours but it just never comes out! =|

Anyway it looks great on you. =D Teach me!

PS: your eyebrows look beautiful. I always waxed my eyebrows & had THE perfect eyebrows. Till I tried threading for the 1st time, HORRIBLE experience. Never again. She messed them up & just never grew back the same.

  • @ER111390 I am wearing Coastal Scents Gel liner! I loove gel liner!! Maybe i should do a video on how I line with it! (: Thank you!!

OMG! Thats terrible, I was really worried about that hapening but luckily that wasn't the case. (o: I bet your brows look great!

  • @beechbum06 I'd definitely appreciate a video on that. I'll watch it over and over till I get it right. Thanks =D

Well your eyebrows look perfect! =D

Unfortunately mine don't anymore, even though I went back to waxing. My eyebrows are just deformed. LOL

  • Pursebuzz has a great tutorial for self eyebrow threading.

  • I live getting my eyebrows threaded, it's way better than waxing. I have my upper lip threaded as well :)

  • My first time threading hurt like a b***h! lol but after she finished they looked great. I've done it for over a year now and I like it better than waxing. Depending on who does your eyebrows I've had it feel like nothing and other times feel horrible because they really grab to the root and rub the thread against your skin. My tip is to bring 1% hydrocortisone and when your done rub it around your eyebrows to help with the pain or when you get home wipe witch hazel on a cottonball.

  • i love getting my eyebrows threaded, i think its better think its better than waxing and the wax irritates my skin. The best part i get mine done for free =D..

  • @mariav8707 HOW??!!

  • I only pay 4 dollars for threading, but I constantly switch between threading and waxing

  • @staceywilliam123 oh wow! Thats great!

  • do you prefer waxing or threading for first timers??

  • @purpleladyz33 hmm.. after seeing the results I say threading! But it depends on your pain threshold and where you are starting as far as getting your brows done (if they are wild like mine were). Both are effective but i feel like the results of getting them threaded is alot more effective and clean. (:

  • @purpleladyz33 i would say waxing. i've never had my eyebrows threaded, but waxed plenty of times. waxing doesn't hurt as much as they say threading does. when they pull the strips off it's like ripping off a bandaid and that's it. hope that helps! :)

  • the first time is always bad, but seriously keep going back and you'll get used to it. The worst problem I have is that I start sneezing the minute they start threading under the brow....and i'm not talking about 1 sneeze! lol YOUR BROWS LOOK GREAT!

  • @blupassion06 Thanks for the tip! lol omg thats crazy! I wonder why that is! haha Thank you!!

  • I get mine done for $8, but at my mall its $10!

  • 10$!!! wow go to an indian beauty salon its way cheaper, i pay 3$ for mine lol

  • @camillesv Oh wow! That is a big difference! (:

  • It didnt hurt at all :)

  • I love getting them threaded it is way better and wont cause baggy eyebrows in the future :)

  • I LOVE getting my eyebrows threaded! I have only gone 3 times but it is the most calming thing on earth for me,the feeling is amazing! and I had thick, bushy, and long eyebrows and she makes them wonderful!

  • @LahvIsReel oh wow! It is a very different feeling, but deff not calming for me! lol haha That's great!

  • The bottom part by my arch is where it hurts the most for me as well. If you continue to thread your brows it gets easier to handle. I've been doing mine for years now that its not really a big deal anymore. Lol. Loved how yours turned out! Don't you feel just so clean after getting them done? Haha.

  • @CaliforniaGurl08 Oh good! I wil deffinetly keep up with it! (: Thank you! I loove the way they feel now!! (:

  • Thanks for doing this video.. I've been thinking about getting my eyebrows threaded!!! U look super pretty!!!

  • @PinkLadyDaria85 Your welcome, you totally should!! I had been contemplating for a long time. but sooo glad i did it!! You will love the outcome! Thanks! (:

  • I love getting my eyebrows threaded because 1) I'm allergic to the eyebrow wax, and 2) I think they come out waaay more natural looking yet still super clean and awesome. I find that the longer you let your eyebrows grow out, the more it's going to hurt when you get them done. I've been getting them done for about 3 years now and it still hurts when I've gone like 5-6 weeks (when I'm away at school) without getting them done. I literally come home some weekends just to get them threaded lol

  • Also, I once has a lady put too much wax on and some ended up on my eyelid! So when she tried to rip off the paper or w/e a piece of my eye lid skin came off! NEVER AGAIN!!!

  • I think it all depends on the person doing the threading. I've had bad and good experiences. I prefer threading over the wax because it doesn't cause irritation or little pimples afterwards. Threading can be painful if the person is doing it very slowly! If a person is doing it quickly, it is relatively painless. And I love the beautiful arches they make!

  • Got mine done once. They were no close to matching. And I told the lady to fix them. She wanted to argue with me. I sneezed alot

  • I got my eyebrows threaded on Jan 5th and I had my first experience because in the past I've gotten my eyebrows waxed, and I loved the results. Yes it does hurt but I think that waxing is worse. Its not that bad, it depends on your what you think hurts. But I will defently get them threaded again

  • threading is sooo much betta than waxing or tweezing... wax pulls the skin and tweezing can pit some peoples skin after time... try someone else next time. threading as never been that bad for me. ; )

  • @ChristinaB4 Well, i think it was because my brows were soo incredibly bad and plus she thinned out the bottom part too so there was alot that she was threading. (o:

  • I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 3 months and I absolutely love the results. I get them done about every 2.5-3 weeks and I can say it has gotten a lot less painful each time. Just makes my eyes water sooo bad lol. But yours look great!

  • @beautyFULL57 Ya i wll be doing the same too! Thank you!!

  • I meant to put, your brows look fantastic!

  • @danapop711 lol haha thanks!! (:

  • I had mine done probably about a year ago, I didn't think it hurt too much, but the sensation when the hair is being pulled or breaking was so strange. I loved how clean it was, I should probably go back just to get the fine baby hairs taken off again. I will tell you though, I let her do my lip.... that was soooooo painful! I'll stick to waxing that off. I was crying and I have a pretty high pain tolerance, ouch!

  • @danapop711 OMG I cant imagine what the lip would feel like!! I know i would be crying too!! totally stick to waxing if i ever need to do that! yikes!!

  • oh wow thanx for doing this video i didnt realize hreading hurt but where i have to go its in a mall where im sure there will be curious folks my brows are full like your sisters and drive me nuts ive had em wax but want to try the threading method..do salons do this or just in the malls?

  • @taytay2befit I know there are salons around my area that do threading but i would just call a few local salons in your area and ask if they do and if not maybe they will tell you where or who does in your area.

  • If you keep going it hurts less, iv been having mine threaded for 4 years now and it doesnt hurt me at all now :)

  • @Stephiiee1000 good to know!! (:

  • Its painfull the first 2 -4 times.. ur skin wil get used to it and it wunt pain that much later on.. if its feeling like "burning" after threading u can wash ur face with cold water and use some vaseline around ur eyebrows.. I have threaded my eyebrows for years now.. There is a teachnic where u can do it ur self.. :-) Yours turned out clean and nice :-)

  • @hansenelizabeth oh wow! You are brave, I could never attempt to do that on my own, but i love it! (:

  • they put some neosporin just so it wont get red around the brow area..glad u liked the outcome

  • I think the under part is where it hurts the most..you'll get used to id if u get it done often =)

  • @piinklin03 I'm with ya! (: It deffinetly does! But i will keep up with it and hopefully that pain will go down to a 5 or 6 instead of a 9! lol

  • They look great! My eyebrows are way to thin to get that done with, sadly, I'll never have full brows!

  • @TheMoshachic Thank you!! aww bummer..maybe you can grow them out?

  • @beechbum06 sadly no - they've been like this since I was a teenager :p A friend plucked them for me when I was about 15 and they've never really grown back! If you have a look at any of the vids on my channel, you'll see they're very scarce :p

  • I love it! That is the only way I get my eyebrows done. I won't go back to anything else.

  • @DaringBeauty007 I'm with you! I am on the threading bandwagon! (:
