How are they going to keep the fact of Marlena's "death" from her family if people keep telling every other bloody person in Salem. Who exactly are her family if not the Bradys and Bo and Hope know what's going on.

Reminds me of when Marlena was seen during her being at the mercy of The Devil, when she was held captive within the darkness of her own mind. Well as John once stated in regards to comparing Stefano to The Devil years later to Marlena right before they were to marry in 1999, while remembering all that they have endured together, "Now those two are one in the same."

O.K. Am I by myself in thinking that if for no other reason, they should bring back John and Marlena long enough to kidnap Stefano, put him in a cage or some contraption, and aggravate him for awhile?? Poetic justice at its finest. By the way thanks for posting this storyline.

I am with you. If anyone besides John and Marlena takes down Stefano once and for all, it will not only be an insult to J&M fans, but ALL Days fans. It's a payoff in the work since the 1980's and sadly, I have a feeling it's one that will never come.

Yep. And the worst part was that stupid cameo appearance by Stefano in J&M's last show. Remember how he raised his hand and saluted John? What was that?? That had nothing at all to do with an appropriate payoff and was a laughable attempt by the writers to provide closure. Given the way in which they wrote J&M's final story, I guess the inclusion of Stefano in that manner doesn't surprise me.

i agree, and i think Stefano is pointless without J&M, i mean the history of the show is full of this kind of story between the three of them. it just ain't the same without J&M :(

Amen. Stefano is delicious as this sort of post-modern Gothic romance villain; without an object for his obsession, there's really no point -- although I still watch because Joe Mascolo's still on...but he really needs people to puppeteer for his character to have a point....
