bend, you hold down the string and kinda wiggle it to make it sound like a whammy bar in a way

the lines are strings, the on on the bottom is the thickest string or low E. you read from left to right and there is no rhythem so dont worry about that (you have to listen to the song to get the ryhtem in tab)

the numbers on the lines are fret numbers

so this

-0-1-2

would be open string, 1st fret, 2nd fret on the largest (and lowest sounding thats why its down there) string. if there is no # on the line, you dont play anything onit easy

You either have to know what the song sounds like and keep that rhythm or the more advanced tabs include the musical notes, and those explain the rhythm better.

A 0 means its an open string, so no fret at all... Wich means you play it and don't have to touch a fret at all ;) So no need for bumping around with the string between it ;)
