Tom Rapp is a great guy and a great artist. He is a lawyer in the Philly area. Do a google search for "tom rapp" and "washington post" for a really excellent article. I saw him at a couple of the Terrastock festivals, plus, he played in Philly at the Tin Angel about 8 years ago.

i think he practices law near or in philadelphia. he played a show several years ago at the knitting factory in nyc (i missed it), but am not aware of any other performances since then.
