I will never understand why this program was dropped. I will not be watching Law And Order again. I only watched when it starred Vincent D'Onofrio. He always added depth that is not there now. Love the man!!!

@joanjuneau: LOCI wasn't dropped only the Mothership , Jeff and Saffron Burrows took over from Vincent and Kate when they left. The series has just finished, whether there will be a 10th we will see.
