Sublime will never be back because they will never be gone. He may not be Brad but he is not trying to be. Bud, Eric, and Rome are just trying to keep sublime going and give the world the Sublime experience that very few people saw when Brad was alive.

I'm 35 years old, i can remenber my youth listen to Minutemen and goin to a couple of Sublime gigs in the early 90's. Summer of 1992 was the best summer of my life, I had a 40 oz. tape rollin 24/7 in my stereo. It was sick!!!! So good memories.
I think that Eric and Bud should change the name Sublime. Sublime is Brad, I have nothing against Rome, but i cant stand for him. i think we should remember what sublime was and not carry on and ruin it.

Sublime will never be back because they will never be gone. He may not be Brad but he is not trying to be. Bud, Eric, and Rome are just trying to keep sublime going and give the world the Sublime experience that very few people saw when Brad was alive.

His mimicking of Bradley and the name usage are pretty lame. I've seen Eric and Bud play with several other groups that covered Sublime songs over the years and it was always fun, but calling themselves Sublime is just no good. Long Beach Shortbus covering Sublime was cool. LBDAS covering Sublime was cool. This is not cool.

Idk if Sublime will ever be back. Brad brought a unique touch to the band. I hope they can make new music without holding onto the "sublime" name just for fans. I am definitely looking forward to new songs from them!

That was never Bradley Nowell's wishes, it was the rest of the band who didn't want to continue to play under the name Sublime, but alot of time has passed since then. Their not really capitalizing either since its been like 13 years.
