Thank you, starrdreams. I didn't notice that additional link yesterday as I was focused on listening, in one sitting, to all six of the individual videos you provided.
I have to tell you that during the Christopher Shays segment I had to get up and walk away for a few minutes, I was so thoroughly disgusted with his patronizing attitude. What a supercilious putz.
