  • @mattzilla331 Thanks, I am just so glad to be back to training. Hopefully my strength will come back quickly. How long have you been running the 5/3/1 program?

  • @MichaelPost2009 i started it before it offically came out on ebook. the 5/3/1 set up was originally in jim wendlers book "training 3 days a week" or something like that. i used it for awhile and ended up doing a raw meet where i hit a 500 squat 300 bench and 505 deadlift at 220 raw. i am not as strong now due to a mix of injuries and just flat out being lazy. now my goal is to hit them numbers but at a leaner body weight
