Prince has the best version ever... from Bonnie Raitt,-Nancy Wilson -BoyzIIMen to Tank to date. Prince earns his check. It doesnt make sense to do this song over after Prince
@ibnyours2 I love me some Patti AND Boyz II Men!! But I agree with you...Prince just takes this song and puts a sensual, heart wrenching groove on it, it literally brings me to tears. Much like "Nothing Compares 2 U". When Sinead O'Connor sings it, it's very depressing. When Prince sings it, it's like you wanna go get the one you're missing...idk, I just love me some Prince! LOL

my favorite break up song ever...whether it be the original bonnie raitt, patti labelle, and even adam lambert's live version at the upright caberet...all beautiful. goes so show that when a song is this good and someone connects with it its music gold
i don't like her voice. she could belt but that doesn't mean she has one of the best sounding instrument out there. she sounds like a chipmunk. hehe!
