Ok just to clear it up for the know it alls!! He lugged the engine, jerked the throttle open, big gulp of air ,engine stalled then caught, breaking the rear tire loose, Any questions!!!! Bike may need a accelarator pump adj. but probably just needs to stay in its power curve!!!
I reckon negative torque was to blame - engine braking locked the back wheel up, good night, bye bye, pay the bill! next time try and keep some power going to the rear wheel

Backed off little too much didn't keep swingarm loaded and reasonably slowly lost it... least ya didn't highside trying to fix it as someone else said.

The newer ones have very similar dials, that's why. They can be a bit confusing at first, this is an 06/07 I believe
