  • they were meant to salute the cadets that were the wrong ranks as the Cadets were playing the role of the officers, e.g some were company commanders , some where adjudants etc... It is the cadets own parade. I understand how it looks but that is the reason behind it :)

  • Not in step about all of the time, corps of drums is playing out of tune, a Sgt saluted a CSM and the adults cant march.
