Actually Perpetual Entertainment does presume it will offer the product for download. Not intially anyhow. It will though bear to say that several MMO's do allow downloadable clients and PE has hopes to move to a compleatly digital market in the future.
Should be ashamed for making a game THIS bad, it has nothing going in its favor at all.
