This does work. But first you need to shed the layer of blubber on top of the abs. This is probably best for those who already have good abs as a maintenance system, and also skinnier types who want to target muscle groups.

This product doesnt help you lose weight. it helps build muscle and define your abs. so unless your have a lower body fat % then your not going to see "Amazing" results, your just going to have a stronger core.

Tony, I just bought it and I'm one of the most skeptical people on stuff like this. I'm wearing it for the first time and it's very stimulating. I will follow the low-cal diet and the program for TWO weeks; if I'm not satisfied, I'm sending it back.  So far, so good, though.

Before my neck injury I would do 100 crunch's daily just to keep my stomach in shape. That ended 3 years ago...voila waist has enlarged a few inches. So I bought this knowing I'd return it on day 29...but guess what - I noticed a slimming of an inch or so within 3 weeks but even more impressive - my tummy is much harder! Impressive! you could wear while sleeping, but you would have to restart it every 45 minutes

The beginner setting is 45 minutes which includes a 10 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool down. You can re-start that program or reset for endurance, or one of the other programs offered or move the belt up or down and condition several sections of your abs.
