It's from the Philip Glass score for the 1931 version of Dracula starring Bela Lugosi. The score, composed in 1998, was performed by the Kronos Quartet under direction of Michael Reisman, Glass's usual conductor. The first piece in the initial 34 seconds of the video is London Fog (Track 12 of 26). The remainder of the video features In His Cell (Track 17). I was fortunate to see Glass and Kronos perform it live during showing of the film Nov. 7, 2000 at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto. Great fun!
