  • That was from the early white doo wop and R&B period dominated by Italian-American guys from the Tri-State area(NY, NJ, CT & Philly) between 1957-1960, which proceeded the doo wop revival that followed in 1961 onward and followed the black dominated period of the mid 50's.

  • The Echoes, The Teardrops, The Neons, & The Mints were all great examples of early white doo wop.

  • Sounds like a lost 45

  • As many times as I've heard this great record, had no idea this group was white, but that doesn't really matter. It's just a great record, and that's what's really important! Besides, I always enjoy listening to Jimmy "One Note" Wright get down with the sax!
