Come here i am sure you will love it. Chocolate made here is simply amazing - various brands including Kalev.

For a budget get lunch from the supermarkets, they do these buffet thing, great food, dirt cheap. Beautiful place Estonia, go to Latvia too, can vouch for the above - the most beautiful women. Summer is good because of the long nights, winter can be pretty if it snows but dark and bleak if it doesn't.
