This is what Americans need to hear, the raw uncut truth about what needs to be done to save our country. Nobody wants to hurt people who rely on these programs but we can not continue to do business as usual. Ron Paul isnt a politician he is a statesman and thats what this country needs more than ever.
Exxon Mobile, 19 billion in profit and the 156 million dollar rebate from the IRS. And these politicians think the poor, elderly, and sick are taking advantage of the government?
He is very real about war and the reality. Saying we can't just drop bombs on bad guys because we might hurt or kill innocent people. I believe that a lot of what he says is right, but if you want to deal with the debt then cut spending on people who have the most power and the most money. How is it that poor people, sick people, and people with no power are taking advantage of the government, yet give billionaires and millionaires huge tax breaks and refund checks.
But to cut energy, housing, education, social security? Eventually abolish student aid??? I don't understand why he'd do that. I know what he's saying when inflation goes up, and that may cause spending to go up. He's right about not wanting to bail out bankers and wall street crooks. He says to put our future in the hands of the free market? I may not agree with a lot of what Ron says, but I do respect him. to raise the retirement age, well social security has a 2.5 trillion dollar surplus.
I havent really liked him so much. But I like how he handled these sly questions. He didn't have to spend even a second before answering these questions with a full, candid, and truthful response.
Not just specifically on Ron Paul, but the media only ever focuses on the wrong actions of people in general. They don't ever show what policies or actions have had a great impact. How are we supposed to elect a person to position if we can only measure them by how many and how bad their actions are???
This guy is a master of double-speak..."a moral responsibility to deal with humanitarian crisis" ...sounds good, but what it means in practice, is bombing the shit out of 10's of 1000's of innocent people, and murdering without trial, the head of state. Paul is America's absolute last hope against imminent total slide into irreversible tyranny.
Ahh this interview / meet the press session is what the candidates should be doing instead of the flimsy & slanted 'debates'. At least Ron gets to teach & explain the problems we face, and let everyone know he has a sound plan - one that wasn't invented by some guy at a savings & loan in Boise, but by the founders of the nation.
Go Ron Paul, let's have some constitutional government for a change!
Gary Johnson is the best presidential candidate for the american people. He has the most logical and ethical economic solutions for this nation as a whole. I ask that you at least research him, and if you do not, if I did know you, I'd have to ask, why are you voting when you do not have all the facts? Why vote only for your own sake instead of for the sake of our nation . Take some time and read, and see what else is out there? besides what the media tells you
Well in my opinion I think the media is getting a lot of complaints so they have to air Ron Paul while trying to make him look foolish in the meantime. Thing is they don't realize though is that Ron Paul will make them look foolish.
Everyone needs to bombard the media with emails and phone calls about Ron Pauls coverage time. Especially Anderson Cooper who claims Paul is welcome back anytime and that he's fair with Paul. So bombard Cooper telling him to talk face to face about it with Ron.
It's easy to understand why people react to Ron paul's message and policies - why they get their back up so quickly; it's revolutionary, it's bold and it is anything but mainstream. Ron Paul delivers a message and a plan that is so far removed from anything else on the table that simple minds who don't really want change (because it's painful) react against it with aggressive predictability. If the U.S. wants to survive as a 'player' by the end of this century it should look to Dr. Paul.
His foreign policy and monetary could very well do so much the my concerns of social issues would probably be fixed.

I care about a president that has a clue what's going on in Washington and doesn't flip-flop to do what bankers/war machine demand.

Nice video and useful information. Small business is such a less talked about topic and yet quite required. Keep up the good work!
