Stumbled across the Small Fakers by accident at the Iale of Wight Festival a few years ago playing in the Hipshaker Tent, I thought it was a DJ playing the real Faces from a distance, I walked in the tent and gasped. Could not believe how close Matt was to Steve Marriott, sound, looks, movement etc. I was back in 1967.....that wonderful Hammond organ sound. These guys should have been on the main stage....
