  • Overall, I do like your videos...however, canned sardines, wild salmon and other fatty fish are very very healthful, just saying--so not ALL canned foods are bad for you...IF you eat fish, which I do. But will look forward to more of your videos.

  • while i inherently have no problems with your advice, you're going to need a more compelling argument for food #2. "food should not be manufactured in a lab" is not a compelling reason for its health, especially if scientific research does not suggest it is less healthy. that is not to say that you aren't dead accurate about other points you make, because you are (e.g., that ketchup is nothing but sugar and salt and terrible for you)
